You’ve probably seen your fair share of advice as we move out of 2022 and jump into 2023. Here’s my advice – let go.
You are probably holding on to something that is holding you back.
It acts like an anchor in your life.
⚓ An old story about yourself.
⚓ An outdated belief system.
⚓ People that fill your head with doubt.
⚓ Negative energy or environment
⚓ Habits that don’t serve you
⚓ Extra body fat that needs to go
In the new year, I encourage you to make room for NEW and BETTER to arrive in your life. But that won’t come into your life unless you drop what’s weighing you down.
There must be space in your life to invite change.
That new and better is like a balloon. It wants to lift you up. It’s meant to elevate you into a new stage of your life. Have your eyes open for it.

🎈Belief in yourself.
🎈A mentor in your life.
🎈People that bring a positive charge to your day.
🎈New habits that make you healthy and happy.
🎈A new fitness program that’s right for you
You can’t elevate 🎈while you hang on to dead weight ⚓
You have to let go of what held you back this year. Go into the new year with an open mind, hungry drive and focused eyes on what you want.
Keep what serves you and let go of what does not.
